L2MR CAST LIVE AUDIO TERMS AND USER POLICY Version: 2026-08-26.1 L2MR Cast lets authorized station owners, DJs, and approved listeners transmit live microphone or selected audio to other people. Audio may become public immediately. Only transmit content that you created or are authorized to use, and obtain any permission required from people whose voices or information you transmit. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR Do not transmit, request, promote, or coordinate: * child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any content that endangers a child; * sexual or pornographic content; * threats, violence, terrorism, encouragement of self-harm, hate speech, harassment, bullying, or stalking; * illegal goods, services, or activities; * fraud, impersonation, deceptive conduct, spam, scams, malware, or evasion of safety controls; * another person's private information or voice without any consent required by law; or * copyrighted music, performances, and other material without the necessary rights. Do not use monetization, invitations, or station privileges to encourage prohibited behavior. SAFETY AND MODERATION Use the separate in-app Report live content, Report participant, and Block participant controls when needed. Blocking is a personal safety action and does not give an ordinary participant power to eject another user. A station owner may also mute, return backstage, or remove a participant to protect the program. Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may include limiting, suspending, or removing content or access. Never retaliate against a reporter. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for your broadcast, station rules, music and performance rights, and compliance with applicable law. Stop the broadcast immediately if you cannot keep it compliant. Acceptance is recorded for this version; a changed version requires acceptance again. You may reset local acceptance from the Go Live page at any time. CONTACT AND APPEALS Use the in-app Help path to contact Listen2MyRadio about a safety report or to appeal a moderation action. Include only the report reference and information needed to review the decision; never send a password, station source credential, or invitation secret. The publisher must verify a monitored moderation contact and response process before this version is released.
